Construction Association of Michigan Appoints Sam Ruegsegger to Board of Directors

The Construction Association of Michigan (CAM) has announced the appointment of Sam Ruegsegger, project executive for The Christman Company (Christman) to its board of directors. In this role, Ruegsegger will serve as a representative of the Michigan construction industry for a term expiring in 2020.

Ruegsegger joined Christman in 2004 and has worked on a variety of building projects, giving him a multifaceted understanding of the industry. As a 22-year construction veteran, Ruegsegger’s recent successful projects include the Lake Trust Credit Union Corporate Headquarters, Howell Carnegie District Library Renovation, and Bedrock Detroit’s 1215 Griswold and 1201 Woodward. He is known for his ability to effectively facilitate a collaborative environment on every project, listening carefully to the input and needs of the client, architect and trade contractor partners while leading his Christman project team to success. Ruegsegger graduated from Ferris State University with a B.S. in Facilities Management. An active member of the community with ongoing participation in various charitable endeavors, he is based in Christman’s Detroit office.
