Maryland Department of General Services
The Maryland State House, a National Historic Landmark, underwent a comprehensive restoration that meticulously addressed elements such as slate, wood siding, and copper flashing, as well as a full restoration of the building’s dome.
Montgomery College
In an effort to tackle parking challenges on campus, the new parking garage on the north side of the Montgomery County Community College’s Rockville campus accommodates 918 spaces on seven levels for faculty, staff and students.
Prince William County Public Schools
Charles J. Colgan Senior High School serves more than 2,000 students and is home to state-of-the-art teaching spaces, a performing arts wing with 1,600-seat auditorium and abundant athletic facilities including an aquatics center.
Commonwealth of Virginia
Working carefully around the needs of the Supreme Court of Virginia building occupants, this project involved a significant restoration to repair and replace windows as well as repair the limestone exterior.
Uncovering History: The Masons’ Marks at the Maryland State House
As we embarked on the restoration of this iconic building, we were delighted to uncover a fascinating aspect of its past: carved signatures, intricately etched into its stone and brickwork.
