Rodney has worked in the construction industry since 1975. In his role as Vice President of Christman Millwork, Rodney serves as the point of oversight and coordination of schedules for the millwork division. He focuses on business development and improving operations and production through the implementation of lean processes. At work, Rodney enjoys the challenge of improving daily efficiency and upgrading operations. He is motivated by the fact that he can count on the support of the Millwork team to come together to solve the many challenges required to deliver finished projects to satisfied clients. Away from work, Rodney enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, music and exercise.
