Andrew serves as Vice President and General Manager of Christman Constructors, Inc. (CCI), providing overall leadership for the company’s operations. His responsibilities include strategic planning, operational oversight, procurement, project delivery and guiding teams to successfully execute projects across CCI’s services.
Andrew previously led CCI’s demolition and restoration services, where he built and guided high-performing field teams and supported estimating and business development efforts for demolition and concrete operations. He began his career at CCI as an intern and joined the company full time in 2007, steadily advancing through roles of increasing responsibility. Throughout his career, Andrew has contributed to a wide range of high-profile projects across Michigan, Washington, DC, and Boston, bringing a deep understanding of self-perform work and complex construction operations to his leadership role.
He is a member of the Greater Michigan Chapter of the American Concrete Institute, is active with the Associated General Contractors of Michigan, and serves on the Michigan State University Construction Management Industry Advisory Board and CCI’s Board of Directors.
