The Tyner Middle High Academy project transformed the campus through a comprehensive, multi‑phase approach. The new two‑story academic building serves up to 1,500 students and includes modern classrooms, a high‑ceiling cafeteria, central library, band and media rooms, a 400‑seat performing arts theater, and two gymnasiums. Subsequent phases included demolition of the original 90‑year‑old school buildings and construction of new site and athletic amenities, including 175 parking spaces, a practice field, concessions building, field house, and a football stadium featuring a turf field, press box, and seating for 1,700 fans.
Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance
Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA) had long envisioned creating a dedicated outpatient surgery center as the healthcare market shifted toward same-day procedures. The days of joint replacements followed by overnight hospital stays are largely behind us. Today, patients are walking out the same day with new hips and knees. TOA recognized the opportunity to provide a more efficient, patient-centered facility—one that could handle dozens of surgeries each day while eliminating the overhead and complexity of a hospital environment.

The new 18,000-SF addition enhances the facility’s capacity and functionality by providing 26 new patient beds designed for comfort, safety, and efficiency. The expansion included dedicated work spaces for clinical and administrative staff, thoughtfully planned to support workflow, collaboration, and staff well-being. A welcoming visitor lounge offers a comfortable space for guests and family members, while a dedicated staff lounge will provide an area for rest and respite.
