This 56,000 square-foot expansion supported uninterrupted care while enhancing services with a new ICU, birthing center, heart and vascular lab, and emergency department addition, plus vital infrastructure upgrades to meet the needs of a growing community.

This phased renovation added endoscopy, bronchoscopy, and cardiology spaces—including EP and catheterization labs, plus critical infrastructure upgrades. Close coordination with hospital staff ensured continuous, safe operations throughout construction in this active healthcare environment.
This new building complements the aesthetic of the other buildings on the pastoral Cherokee Farm campus while also sharing iconic details, such as the three-story oval rotunda, with the nearby UT Medical Center. The selection of a neutral brick color respects the surrounding natural environment, while metal accents and glass add contemporary elements to the design.
UNC Health Nash’s new seven-story inpatient tower will add 150 private patient rooms with full bathrooms, connecting seamlessly to the existing South Tower and Surgical Pavilion. The 18- to 24-month project includes site work, vertical construction, and circulation upgrades, carefully phased to maintain hospital operations and improve long-term care delivery.

With goals of creating an innovative healthcare campus and transforming patient and team member experience, this project consolidated two existing hospital facilities into a new 240-bed, state-of-the-art hospital.
Baylor Scott & White
This multi-phased renovation involved numerous mechanical, electrical and plumbing improvements, relocation of several departments, and construction of five new cardiovascular operating rooms.
Detroit Medical Center
This new specialty center provides outpatient pediatric services, including clinical and lab spaces, a pediatric-only emergency room, surgical, and state-of-the-art diagnostics and imaging services.
Corewell Health
Conveniently located across from Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital, this clinic space includes minor procedure rooms, dialysis labs, sleep labs, lab draw areas, imaging/x-ray rooms, and doctors’ offices.
