Data Center Expansion
We expanded and repurposed an existing facility to include two additions and full renovation of the building to support data center components for worldwide operations, with N+1 and N+N redundancy.
Hardened Structure Data Center
We constructed a primary data center facility designed to withstand an EF4 tornado with dual fuel blackstart turbine generators and N+N design.
Statewide Data Center
We built a mission critical data center to control the electrical grid of 2/3s of a Midwest state.
Self-Perform Experience
Our self-perform teams have two decades of experience on data center sites. They’ve executed a variety of work for our partners, including:
-Greenfield data centers
-Multi-megawatt campus delivery
-Tier 2+ through Tier 4 facilities
-N+1, N+N, 2N+1 redundancy
-Phased construction and refreshes
-Zero-downtime operational continuity
-Electrical substations and site utilities
-High-density power and cooling systems
While many data center builders operate at a distance, we bring deep local relationships to every project.
Our teams work directly with municipalities, trade partners and community stakeholders to navigate zoning, align infrastructure and build public support, meaning projects move forward faster with fewer barriers.
