Achieving more with a lean approach

We’re natural planners and problem-solvers. Infusing lean into our culture builds on what we’re already doing and empowers us with tools to seek new ways to deliver more efficient, safe, collaborative, innovative and more successful work.

Delivering value with prefabrication

By shifting key construction activities offsite, prefabrication provides a smarter, more controlled way to build, delivering measurable advantages in speed, safety, quality and cost. Working in a controlled environment reduces variability and risk, allowing teams to plan more precisely and execute more efficiently. It doesn’t change what gets built, but fundamentally improves how we build it.

A topping out in

Collin County, Texas

Collin County’s central campus expansion in McKinney, Texas brings critical public health services together in one purpose-built environment. The project includes a new four-story, 90,000-square-foot healthcare facility designed with future growth in mind, alongside a dedicated medical examiner’s building, structured parking and integrated site improvements. By consolidating healthcare and public safety functions on a mixed-use campus, the county is improving access, efficiency and long-term flexibility.
