“These moves reflect our commitment to providing exceptional service and operational excellence,” said The Christman Company CEO Steve Roznowski. “Our next-generation leaders embody Christman’s values of integrity, partnership and performance. Together, they will accelerate decision-making, share best practices and deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients and communities.”

As part of this transition, Jacob Kulhanek and Joe Luther will step out of their regional general manager roles in Michigan to focus on enterprise-level responsibilities, while welcoming Jason Ide and Zac Bosma into those key regional leadership positions.

Luther said the changes will strengthen Christman’s presence in Southeast Michigan.

“Jason is the right leader for Southeast Michigan,” said Luther. “He combines exceptional team development with a client-first approach and a strong track record of delivering complex projects. His leadership will be instrumental as we strengthen our impact in the region.”

Ide echoed that commitment to growth and collaboration.

“I’m honored to lead our Southeast Michigan team and continue Christman’s tradition of excellence in this region,” said Ide. “Our growth is fueled by the expertise and dedication of our employees and the strong partnerships we’ve built with clients. I look forward to advancing that momentum and delivering outstanding outcomes.”

The company expects these appointments to accelerate growth and collaboration across Michigan.

Kulhanek emphasized the importance of strong leadership in West Michigan.

“Zac brings exceptional experience and leadership to West Michigan,” said Kulhanek. “With 34 years in the local construction industry and 18 years at Christman, Zac is a staple in our community and has proven to be a strong leader who embodies our values. His ability to unite people, manage complex, multi-phased projects and build lasting relationships make him the ideal choice to guide our team and drive continued success in the region.”

Bosma said he is eager to build on Christman’s legacy in the region.

“It’s a privilege to lead our West Michigan team,” said Bosma. “We’ll continue delivering exceptional results and building strong partnerships that drive success for our clients and communities.”
