Renovations and Additions

This project modernized an active school campus to expand learning opportunities and better serve students and staff. The goal was to add flexible, high-quality spaces without disrupting daily operations. Our team was selected for our experience delivering complex renovations in occupied environments, where safety, coordination, and communication are critical. Through careful planning and close collaboration, the campus was transformed into a more functional, modern learning environment that supports both academic and extracurricular programs, while positioning the school for long-term growth.

The scope included a one-story addition that added new athletic and administrative spaces, along with comprehensive interior renovations and campus-wide mechanical, electrical, and structural upgrades. Existing areas were refreshed to improve efficiency, while new spaces were designed for flexibility and future use. Construction was completed while the facility remained fully occupied, requiring phased work, controlled site access, and strict safety protocols. Coordinating owner-furnished systems and minimizing disruption were key to success. The project delivered meaningful improvements without compromising daily operations, resulting in a revitalized campus that better supports teaching, learning, and student life.
