The four-story facility integrates medical office space with an emergency care center, requiring careful coordination of building systems, circulation, and patient flow. Our role focused on aligning diverse user needs while delivering shared amenities that enhance functionality without redundancy. A dual-entrance design and two-story glass atrium introduces abundant natural light and creates an open, inviting atmosphere. Shared public and staff spaces, including a café, pharmacy, conference areas, and common break rooms, were thoughtfully planned to foster interaction, reduce tenant buildout needs, and maximize long-term value.
