How do I become a registered bidder?

Once you have all the required information, such as your company’s Employer Identification Number (EIN), it’s just couple steps to request to be prequalified.

1. Create an account

Before getting prequalified, you must first set up an account in our Sub Service Center. Once completed, you’ll get an email with a temporary password to log in and access our prequalification form.

2. Fill out our prequalification form

The more information you provide on the form the better. This gives us a chance to better understand your company and services you offer. This form is available in our Sub Service Center once you have created your account.

3. Keep your information updated

You can update your information by logging into our Sub Service Center. Subcontractors are required to update some of their details annually or as needed based on expiration dates.
