Matt has rejoined our Dallas leadership team, bringing a distinguished 20-year career back to where it began. After first serving as a Christman intern in 2001 and then as a full-time employee following his graduation from Texas A&M University in 2002, Matt went on to broaden his expertise across the industry. His experience includes large‑scale projects in corporate campuses, higher education, life sciences, government facilities, and historic preservation. Matt’s background spans project management, operations, and business development, allowing him to bring a comprehensive perspective to every project.
Known for his “whatever it takes” mentality, Matt is a dedicated leader who is willing to step into any role needed to support his team and deliver successful outcomes for clients. His collaborative approach and commitment to results are a strong reflection of The Christman Way.
