Ben brings decades of hands-on construction experience, having started his career with Christman as an intern in 1994 and contributing to more than 20 projects across a range of market sectors. From interning a survey crew through superintendent to project manager and project executive, his experience reflects a well-rounded background rooted in both field operations and project leadership. As a third-generation builder, Ben pairs practical jobsite insight with strong management expertise to lead teams and deliver consistent results.
As a project executive, Ben provides strategic leadership across multiple projects, guiding teams, mentoring emerging leaders and strengthening client relationships. He plays a key role in driving new business while ensuring each project reflects Christman’s standards and commitment to quality. Ben holds a Healthcare Construction Certificate from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).
Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife of 29 years, Katie, their four children and two grandchildren. Whether outdoors with family or taking his wife dancing, he values the relationships and experiences that keep him grounded both personally and professionally.
