As project executive, Wes takes on the leadership of directing some of Christman's largest, most challenging projects. Wes brings 27 years of experience on new construction, renovations and expansions totaling more than $1 billion. He is a results-oriented leader with a driven commitment to do whatever it takes to get the job done. He ensures the owner’s best interests are championed throughout the life of the project, from pre-construction and construction services, through project closeout and owner move in to 11-month final warranty walk. He also ensures the implementation of best practices strategies at all phases of the project and leads by example, providing leadership and support to the construction team. Wes joined the Christman team, as part of the MEDCO merger, in 2020 and he is an Association of General Contractors - TEXO Foundation Member.
