Sean brings to Christman his extensive estimating experience specializing in healthcare, higher education and K-12 facilities. As Senior Vice President of Christman’s Project Planning group, Sean is adept at communicating project estimates and analytics, providing proactive cost leadership and utilizing the most up-to-date estimating technology. He expertly connects with owners, architects and the trade contracting community. Sean’s understanding of both the business and technical side of the commercial construction industry allows him to see the big picture and help clients meet their program goals. Sean joined Christman in 2014 and has been excelling in the construction industry since 2004. Sean is proud to serve on the Board of Directors as well as Finance Committee for Catholic Charities of Southeast Michigan and is a member of the Christman Board of Directors.
