New Headquarters

A collaboration between Michigan State University (MSU), MSU Foundation and multiple community organizations to find the right location and building opportunity for TechSmith’s growing organization ultimately led to construction of a new headquarters building to consolidate five existing facilities.

Located on a five-acre site, this two-story office building will attract and enable the right talent for the organization to continue its work in software that creates and shares images and videos for training, tutorials, lessons, and everyday communications. MSU and its partners turned to Christman to provide both development expertise for the project as well as to lead the construction.
