Glenn Klingerman brings more than 25 years of construction industry experience, having worked in the field since 2000. As a Project Executive, he provides high-level leadership and oversight, supporting project teams from preconstruction through completion.
Christman’s project executives provide strategic oversight throughout the life of a project. In this role, Glenn maintains close communication with the project manager and serves as a trusted resource for resolving complex challenges, offering solutions as issues arise.
Glenn’s background spans senior project management and executive roles across higher education, healthcare, religious, commercial, and community facilities. He is known for his collaborative approach, strong communication, and experience guiding teams through work in active and occupied environments.
His expertise includes preconstruction planning, contract negotiation, project estimation, subcontractor coordination, and LEED principles. Glenn holds OSHA 10-Hour Safety Training, First Aid and CPR Certification, Virginia Registered Land Disturber credentials, and completed Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers.
