Christman’s full-service approach to meeting our clients’ needs extends to
the ability to self-perform skilled trades when needed. Our affiliate company, Christman Constructors, Inc., specializes in the following:
- commercial concrete foundation and flatwork
- carpentry
- selective demolition
- excavation
- resteel/post-tension installation
A full complement of up to 200 skilled craftspeople and laborers enables Christman to self-perform those work activities – with full client knowledge and approval - which benefit the project from a schedule, cost or quality perspective, without compromising the integrity or confidentiality of the bidding process nor putting us in a position of competition with our own trade contractors. It also translates into exceptionally well-managed, properly executed projects for our clients, whether or not we self-perform any of the work.
