Christman is teaming with Preservation Greensboro Development Fund, a nonprofit organization that leverages a team of volunteer professionals and a revolving capital fund to acquire ownership interests in real property and craft preservation-friendly solutions for Greensboro’s most pressing dilemmas involving historic structures. The team is working to restore the building’s original character while creating a modern office space for Christman's regional offices.
